Kristine Attard is a Maltese tax consultant. She currently serves as the director of tax services at KSi Malta, a tax, legal advisory and corporate services firm based in Balzan, Malta.

KSi Malta has been serving clients from a broad spectrum of industries for over 40 years, including those in transportation, financial services, media and gaming, manufacturing, real estate, pharmaceuticals and transportation. The team at KSi advises clients on corporate formation, registration, restructuring, liquidation and dissolutions, audits and assurance, tax consultation, accounting, financial planning and compliance. Its immigration consultation team assists high net worth individuals in their applications for residency and citizenship in Malta and Portugal.

During her tenure at KSi Malta, Attard has provided tax planning, compliance and corporate services. She also assists foreign investors in personal taxation, as well as residency- and citizenship-related tax strategies.

Prior to joining KSi, Attard served as a senior assistant at EY, first at its London and Brussels branches, then at its Msida affiliate in Malta, where she concentrated on corporate tax compliance, risk assessment and customer due diligence.

Attard holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in accountancy and the other in commerce, from the University of Malta.
