Liang Zhou is a cross-border transaction advisor and a senior partner with Beijing Dacheng (Guangzhou) Law Firm. Zhou specializes in banking and financial services. He also focuses on public-private partnership, foreign investment, and international business.

Zhou represents numerous domestic and international financial institutions and high-profile companies. He structures projects, conducts due diligence investigations, participates in negotiations, and provides legal opinions.

Zhou earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Sun Yat-sen University in China and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He is licensed to practice law in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Zhou speaks Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
