Bill Li is a real estate investment advisor and co-founder of Greenacres Capital Management. LLC. Based in New York City, Greenacres Capital Management is a private investment management and advisory firm.

Li has more than 15 years of Wall Street work experience in global financial services, capital markets, and real estate investments. He has worked on transactions with a combined value of more than $50 billion.

Li advises clients on investments across capital structure, leveraged buyout, syndication financing, and risk management in United States. His clients include The Blackstone Group LP, KKR & Co. LP, Apollo Global Management LLC, Colony Capital LLC, American Realty Capital, and Simon Property Group.

Before starting his own company, Li worked for Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Securities, and HSBC Securities in New York and San Francisco. At these companies, he covered various financial services companies, including real estate investment trusts (REIT), real estate development companies, and real estate private equity funds.

Li earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance at Georgetown University Washington, D.C., under full scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Li is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a member of New York Society of Security Analysts. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
