Malcolm Meilak is a Malta Individual Investor Program agent. He is the founder and managing director of M. Meilak & Associates, based in Malta.

Besides tax planning, representing clients, setting up corporate structures and effecting necessary changes to them, he also acts as company director/secretary for a variety of established companies. Within M. Meilak & Associates, which was founded in 2006, Meilak's expat Malta team is specialized in international taxation and also advises on investment immigration. His clients have included family offices, high net worth individuals as well as international companies.

Meilak is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta, the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Management. He is also a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants.

He graduated from University of Malta in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy. He also has diplomas in taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation and a certificate in European VAT Masterclass by IBFD, and has received a certificate in trust law and administration from the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

He speaks English, Italian and French.
