Marc-André Séguin is a Canadian investment immigration lawyer and a NY licensed lawyer. He is a co-founder and partner with Exeo Attorneys, based in Montreal, Canada.

In addition to immigration law in Canada, the United States and Europe, Séguin specializes in writing, negotiation, interviewing, legal analysis, international law, comparative law, business law and international investment law.

Prior to founding Exeo in March 2016, Séguin worked for Renaissance Capital Inc., where he served as counsel for its Montreal office.

Séguin spends a third of each year traveling the world to promote the immigration industry. He has relationships in more than 20 countries and is a frequent guest speaker. While at Renaissance Capital, he published a widely read handbook on the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP).

Séguin is a founding member of the Canadian nonprofit For the Refugees. Founded in 2016, the organization fights for the rights of political refugees and asylum seekers. For the Refugees provides free legal support, media relations and raises money for living expenses and relocation costs.

Séguin is a licensed attorney in Quebec and New York state. He is a graduate of McGill University Law School with degrees in civil law and common law. Séguin also has a master’s in Asian legal studies from the National University of Singapore.

In addition to English, Séguin speaks French, Spanish and is learning Chinese.
