Mark Bryant joined JPI in 1998 and serves as its chief capital markets officer.  He is responsible for setting long and short-term strategies and objectives, directing the investment policy, leading new business activities and ventures and overseeing the day-to-day company operations. Prior to joining the company, Bryant also served in various capacities with GE Capital, FGB Realty Advisors and Hall Financial. With 24 years of real estate experience, he has a broad knowledge in multifamily development, acquisitions, portfolio management and asset dispositions. Bryant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He also serves on the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee of JPI.
