Mark Suchy is a broker-dealer at Core Capital Asia, a global investment advisory firm with thorough market, valuation, and transactional expertise. Specifically, he has more than 15 years of real estate experience, during which he managed 3 substantial deals in the U.S. and Canada. Deals led by Suchy have created more than $2.23 billion in both office and retail disposals and acquisitions.

Before founding Core Capital Asia, Suchy served as Executive Director for C&W. He supervised the company’s Investment Brokerage Department, which was responsible for assisting local and international clients with sourcing portfolios for disposition. Suchy also has experience handling Chinese outbound investments, as he has worked for CBRE and was once responsible for CBRE’s outbound investment platform. Previously, he has conducted notable transactions in Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.
