Prior to setting up his own practice, he worked as an associate at Georgiades & Pelides LLC in Nicosia, where he advised on international mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other general corporate issues. His clients included major energy projects, building materials suppliers, and international oil and gas companies.

Damianos is an authorized solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is also licensed to practice law in Cyprus. He earned his master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge and his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Southampton.
