Malta

Michael Mercieca is a Malta individual investor program agent. He is the director of Arthur and Partners, a boutique firm based in Malta and London.

Arthur and Partners provides support for high net worth individuals with immigration and relocation services, education advisory, tax advisory and compliance, banking and investment, and real estate aid.

Mercieca is also co-founder of QLZH Group, which manages Malta real estate brokerage brands Quicklets and Zanzi Homes. He is a certified public accountant who successfully read for the taxation diploma from the Malta Institute of Taxation and the advanced diploma in international taxation from the Malta Institute of Management.

Prior to his current positions, Mercieca worked for Deloitte for more than 15 years, as both a tax practitioner and auditor. He provided tax advice, prepared returns and did various corporate work, such as company incorporations and general administration.

He is also a frequent tax lecturer and serves on committees for the Malta Institute of Taxation and Malta Institute of Accountants.

Mercieca speaks English, Maltese and Italian.
