Michelle Chen is a Southern California-based real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate investment, luxury residential properties and residential properties in school districts. She was among the first group of licensed brokers in Guangzhou, China and founded her own independent real estate agency in 1995. After successfully running the business for more than 6 years, she relocated to Los Angeles and currently works out of Arcadia, CA. She advises domestic clients, foreign investors and new immigrants on a variety of real estate investment issues. She has extensive experience in the acquisition of shopping centers, hospitality properties, residential real estate and warehouses in Arcadia, San Marino, Pasadena and Irvine.
