Miloš Karan is a Cyprus international tax consultant. He serves as a business consultant at G. Frantzis Group, a multinational investment and consulting group based in Limassol, Cyprus, with 35 years of experience in Cyprus, Greece and the U.K. markets.

With more than 260 employees and associates working worldwide, G. Frantzis Group is one of the pioneers in Cyprus’ automobile industry. The company also has a diversified portfolio of ventures in investment, tourism and real estate development.

As an experienced banker and consultant, Karan specializes in business and project development, corporate compliance, financial control, corporate recovery and loan restructuring. With expertise in Cyprus’ citizenship-by-investment program, he helps high net worth individuals handle immigration-related tax and wealth planning issues. Karan is able to navigate through complicated situations and customize comprehensive solutions for various clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Karan worked as a project consultant for Limassol Royal Residence. He has also served as the head of the recovery unit for BNP Paribas Personal Finance, with a focus on the financial market in Serbia.

Karan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics as well as his master’s degree in trade management and marketing at the University of Belgrade in Serbia. He also obtained a specialization certificate in construction management from Columbia University in New York.

Karan speaks Serbian, English, Greek and Russian.
