Mustafa Aksaraylı is an immigration lawyer. He is a founding attorney at the Miran Legal firm based in Istanbul.

Miran Legal was founded in 2017 and it has offices in other parts of Turkey, including the capital, Ankara. Apart from investment immigration, the firm specializes in insurance, bankruptcy, and commercial laws of Turkey, and has provided services to both local and international clients.

At the firm, Aksaraylı advises clients on Turkey's citizenship laws, including all processes for the country's investment immigration program. His other areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, enforcement and bankruptcy, insurance, banking, and finance laws.

Aksaraylı studied law at the Ankara University and Istanbul Medeniyet University. He also has a certification from the Istanbul Arbitration Centre.

He is a member of the Union of Turkish Bars.

Aksaraylı is fluent in Turkish and English.
