Panayiotis Agathocleous is a Cyprus immigration attorney. He is a founding partner of Gerolemou, Agathocleous & Associates LLC, a law firm based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Gerolemou, Agathocleous & Associates, founded in 2017, practices corporate law and real estate law. It also practices commercial litigation, employment law, banking and contract law, insurance and personal injury and criminal law, among other fields.

Agathocleous heads the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation department. His main areas of practice are immigration law, banking and contract law, insurance and personal injury, family law and sports law. Agathocleous served as head legal counsel of a Larnaca football club, where he has handled sports-related disputes at domestic and international arbitration tribunals.

Prior to founding his firm, Agathocleous worked for other Cyprus law firms, including A. Tekkis & Co. LLC as a partner and I. Frangos & Associates LLC. Agathocleous graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2011. He was called to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012.
