Philip Manduca is a Maltese immigration consultant. He is a partner at R. Frendo Randon & Associates, a Malta-based full-service legal and advisory firm serving local and international clients in the financial services sector.

With 30 years of experience assisting domestic companies and providing advice to foreign investors regarding the establishment of new businesses and trusts in Malta, the firm handles cases in litigation, arbitration, general corporate law, intellectual property law, conveyancing and insolvency. Licensed by the government as a certified service provider for the Malta Individual Investor Program since 2014, the firm has helped many foreign entrepreneurs grow their businesses and build new lives in Malta.

Manduca has been a licensed lawyer in Malta since 1984. His areas of practice include litigation, arbitration, intellectual property law and insolvency law. His deep familiarity with the legal services in the financial sector dates to 1989. As an accredited agent licensed by the Maltese government to advise on residency and citizenship-by-investment programs, Manduca guides foreign investors through complicated investment and immigration procedures.

Prior to his career in the legal industry, he worked as a parliamentary reporter and law reporter for the Times of Malta, a Maltese newspaper.

Manduca attended St. Edward’s College in Malta from 1967 to 1978 and graduated from the University of Malta in 1984. He obtained his certificate in trust law and management in 2006. He held important positions at multiple professional organizations, including the Small Claims Tribunals, the Malta Environment and Planning Authority and the disciplinary board of Bank of Valletta.
