Rodolfo Pellicano is a Portugal immigration consultant. He is currently general manager of El Imigrante, a Lisbon-based company that focuses on immigration.

El Imigrante (Ei!) services clients who are moving to Portugal with tasks such as pre-departure arrangements, visas, documentation, bank accounts, health services and schools. It also helps clients who are leaving Portugal for other countries.

Pellicano, who works in both Portugal and Brazil, is also the founding partner of Reis & Pellicano, a law firm based in Lisbon. He previously was vice president of governance and quality at Harris CapRock Communications, deputy general manager of a Brazilian energy company and a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, among other positions.

Pellicano is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and Brazilian Bar Association. He has a master’s degree from the University of Liverpool. He received his law degree from a Brazilian university.

Pellicano speaks Portuguese and English.
