Russell Attard Baldacchino is a Maltese licensed lawyer and agent with experience in investment migration. He has been running his own law practice Attard Baldacchino as a sole practitioner in the Maltese capital, Valletta, since 2020.

Baldacchino obtained his official warrant to practice law in Malta in October 2018; the official Community Agency Malta also recognizes him as an approved licensed agent. He worked for the audit, tax and advisory firm, Nexia BT, between 2014 and 2020 in Malta before parting ways to start his own practice.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Malta in 2016 and later went on to complete his master’s in law from the same university in 2017. He also has a professional certificate in taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.

He holds memberships in the Malta Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Institute of Taxation. He is also registered with Malta’s Office of the Commissioner for Revenue. Baldacchino can communicate with clients in Maltese and English.
