Seth Williams works to combine the strengths of Aimbridge and influential Asian markets. Williams had originally developed opportunities to fit the unique preferences of Asian hospitality investors, leading Aimbridge’s efforts to form mutually beneficial relationships with Asian investors and strategic partners.

Prior to joining Aimbridge, Williams served as co-founder and CEO of Zhongmen Group, an international advisory firm, where he worked with top-of-the-line operating companies, real estate firms and private equity funds to develop Chinese market strategies and to source institutional capital partners based in China.

At Catalyst Partners, a principal investment and advisory firm, Williams helped emerging companies realize their full potential by providing both capital and strategic advisory services. Prior to these roles, Williams worked in the fields of financial consulting and middle-market investment banking across various industries. He has advised several technology startups actives in sectors such as water, oil and gas, 3D printing and e-commerce on mobile devices.

Williams is passionate about reforming the education system and has contributed to organizations focused on improving public schools. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Texas at Austin. He later pursued graduate studies focused on international relations at Johns Hopkins – School for Advanced International Studies, located in Nanjing, China. He also successfully completed language study programs at Tsinghua University and Beijing University; he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Williams is registered with FINRA and holds Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses.
