Sue Nickason currently serves as a vice president of marketing and sales at Dart Real Estate, a Cayman Islands-based developer for luxury residential, commercial and hospitality properties.

Dart Real Estate offers international clients a diverse portfolio that meets their various needs in business development and relocation. With a group of real estate advisors, leasing agents and marketing professionals, Dart has invested over $1.5 billion in real estate across the Cayman Islands, with several projects under development.

Nickason has abundant experience in the development and marketing of hospitality properties, including resorts, independent hotels, timeshare communities and mixed-use properties. Working closely with developers, she is well-versed in the entire process of real estate marketing, from market assessment and concept design to strategy implementation and operation. Her team assists clients with their applications for residency through real estate investment.

Nickason earned her MBA from the University of Guelph and her bachelor’s degree from Mount Allison University. She also holds certificates in adult education, revenue management, journalism, protocol and economic development.
