Tehila Levi Lati is a corporate/securities attorney and partner of ZAG-S&W International Law Firm. Lati oversees the firm’s China and East Asia practice. Experienced in international, commercial, and business law, Lati represents Israeli, American, and international companies.

Lati specializes in Chinese and Israeli law. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Chinese market, providing legal services to both Israeli companies doing business in China and Chinese companies doing business in Israel.

Lati focuses on China-Israel cross-border transactions, Chinese foreign direct investment and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, international projects and investment, high technology and life sciences companies, commercialization of technologies, and general corporate counseling.

Lati writes about Chinese law and regulation and edits two blogs about business transactions between China and Israel.

Before before a partner of ZAG-S&W in 2013, Lati had worked in various ZAG law offices since 2007. Previously, she worked for another law firm for five years.

Lati received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Bar-ilan University in Israel. Lati is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. She speaks Hebrew, English, and Chinese (Mandarin).
