She has appeared on numerous talk shows and panel discussions to discuss immigration trends and the consequences of Brexit.Shahiean is chief executive and principal of OTS Solicitors Ltd.She has a wealth of experience in offering legal advice to employers – specifically with regard to an employer’s responsibilities when hiring migrant workers, implementing human resources systems, and other matters. Shahiean helps individual clients with immigration-related matters as well.Throughout her 12-year career, Shahiean has served a variety of business clients. She’s helped them meet immigration needs in the points-based immigration system, and has represented large international companies in U.K. visa sponsorship applications. Shahiean has helped clients with Tier 2 (general) and Tier 2 (intra-company transfer) visa applications.Shahiean received an immigration and asylum accreditation by the Law Society while she was working for a leading London immigration law firm.
