Vahdet Talha Bıçak is a Turkish attorney. He currently works at Bıçak Law Firm, a full-service legal consultancy based in Ankara, Turkey.

Bıçak Law Firm’s practice covers a broad range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, family law, international investment, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, energy law and sports law. Attorneys at the firm assist domestic and international clients in contract negotiation and transaction, commercial disputes, data protection, employment, debt recovery and compliance.

Bıçak has been with the firm for two years, first served as a legal trainee, then as a lawyer. He advises on international trading, intellectual property, inbound and outbound investment, dispute resolution and arbitration. Bıçak also gained experience in the constitutional structure and energy law of Turkey during his internships at the Turkish Supreme Court and the Turkish Ministry of Energy.

Bıçak holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Bilkent University and a master’s in international trade law from the Social Sciences University of Ankara. He is also pursuing a master’s degree in economics.
