Victor Chen is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. He focuses on private equity, investment funds, capital markets and securities, and corporate and foreign direct investments.

Chen has worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm for almost 10 years, joining the firm in 2008. Before that, he was a senior associate of Clyde & Co., working in the Hong Kong office.

Chen has advised clients on numerous Chinese enterprises’ overseas listing projects, including Longfor Properties, China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Ltd., LifeTech Corporation, Northern New Energy Holdings Ltd., Ground International Development Ltd., Animatechina, Fuguiniao Co. Ltd., Vanke, Gemdale, ZHYLF, Yongtaitech, and Corna.

Attending the University of Bristol in England, Chen earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2003 and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in legal studies in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1999. Chen is a member of the People’s Republic of China Bar Association.
