Can I sponsor my mom for St. Kitts citizenship?

My family and I obtained St. Kitts citizenship eight years ago. Could I sponsor my mother now? Is it impossible with the new law that's been effective since June 2024?

    The current rules allow dependants to include "a parent of the main applicant, or of his or her spouse, aged sixty-five years or older living with and fully supported by the main applicant."
