How can I earn Greek citizenship if my mother was not born in Greece but became a citizen after I turned 18?
My great grandfather was born in Greece, he emigrated and married a non-Greek. He had a child, my grandmother. My grandmother was not born in Greece, she did not marry a Greek. My grandmother claimed Greek citizenship from her father. My grandmother had a child, my mother. My mother was not born in Greece, she did not marry a Greek. My mother claimed Greek citizenship after I turned 18. I'm not sure if her claim is via her mother or her grandfather who was born in Greece. Given the above history, what can I do to claim Greek citizenship? I don't speak Greek.
