Are British citizens eligible to apply for golden visas in Greece?

I am a British citizen with business connections in Greece. In face of Brexit, I want to make sure that my flexibility of traveling and staying in Greece won’t be impacted. Then someone told me about the golden visa program. I know it is designed for non-EU citizens. My question is, am I eligible for this program? Hong long does it take to get approval?

There is no restriction for applying for the golden visa program. First, you have to buy properties. Then you can apply for residency.

British citizens will be eligible to apply for golden visas in Greece. The residence cards will be issued within two months from the submission of the applications in the immigration office.

This option requires permanent stay in Greece 2) With the purchase of a property, you can obtain 5-year residence permits for yourself and your family. There is no minimum required stay.
