Under the current law proposal to be discussed by the Parliament, Golden Visa applications will be accepted until a new law is approved and in force.

At this point, the Autonomous Region of the Azores is still eligible for an investment in order to submit an application for a residence permit under the Golden Visa program. The criteria to be fulfilled are the same as if the investment were made in any other part of the country, in accordance with the specific kind of investment you would have in mind.
