Do I have to travel to Dominica to sign the Oath of Allegiance after obtaining citizenship?

Once citizenship is granted through the citizenship by investment program of Dominica, does everyone in the application need to travel to Dominica to sign the Oath of Allegiance in person? Can it be done remotely?

    You need not travel to Dominica to take the oath. You can do so before a Notary Public In your home country.
