Do I need to get a visa before I move to Greece to marry my Greek fiance?

I live in the UK, and my fiancé is Greek and lives in Rhodes, Greece. We have a grown son together. Initially, I will not be working. My fiance owns his home and works. He believes I will be added to his health insurance once we marry. I want to move there and marry him, but I am getting conflicting information on how to do it. Can I visit on a holiday visa, get married, then apply for residency, or do I need to get a particular visa before I go?

The tourist visa type C to enter Greece is enough.
