Having an EU Blue Card per se is not going to affect an application for an innovator founder positively or negatively. However, if you explain in the application that your business was assessed as innovative and that you managed to obtain residence permit in Germany on that basis, I assume, then this could be a positive merit for the application. One should also consider that the founder innovator requires a fresh business idea or a business idea that has been in development but not fully launched, therefore involving the work done in Germany has to be thoroughly considered as it may be seen as an existing business.
