Grenada only enjoys access to the E-2 visa. You would have to contact a U.S. immigration lawyer with respect to the implications of your Libyan origin, if any, as you would ordinarily be eligible to apply for the E-2 visa as a Grenadian citizen.

Does the Trump administration travel ban affect me as a new Grenadian citizen?
I am originally from Libya but have been a citizen of Grenada for the past two years through a real estate investment. I am interested in immigrating to the U.S. with the E-2 treaty or EB-5, but am I eligible as a native-born Libyan? Is there anything I can do to help my application as a Grenadian?

I am not aware that there is a ban that affects Grenadians. I am unable to provide you with advice as it relates to the E-2 visa and EB-5, visa as I am not authorized to practice law in the U.S. You should consult with an attorney in the U.S. on what your options are as the holder of a Grenadian passport.
