The new investment threshold of $220,000 has been in effect since last year but it only applies to qualifying developments. There are four such developments at present and they are open to any applicants as long as the investment total exceeds $440,000 for a minimum of two applicants sharing one investment. The requirements for investors remain the same as for the other investment or donation.
