How can apply for Malta’s residency by investment program with my criminal record showing that I evaded military service in my home country?
My home country requires mandatory military service that I haven’t performed due to being abroad for the past five years. It would show on my criminal record as ‘evaded military service’, would that get in the way of applying for residency in Malta given that I don’t think it’s consistent with local laws there?
