Legally, a cryptocurrency is not a currency (in France); it does not depend on any institution, it has no legal tender in any country which makes it difficult to assess its value and cannot be saved, therefore, constitute a reserve value. Thus, it is not possible for a foreign talent to use cryptocurrency to meet the minimum investment requirement of 30,000 euros.
