How can foreign investors specify where exactly their investments should be used in Antigua if they choose the donation option?

I'm a non-EU investor looking for a second passport via the donation to development fund. I'm also keen on nature conservation and environment preservation; how can I ensure my investment would be used for such projects if I go for the donation option in Antigua?

    Unfortunately, you don't have this discretion. Once the donation is made, the use of funds is determined at the sole discretion of the government.
