I'm a non-European resident of Cyprus and I'm soon going to get my EU digital COVID certificate. Would I be able to use that to travel to Canada without the hassle of going through quarantine upon landing in Canada and additional tests? I'm looking to explore my immigration options in Canada after staying at some of my Canadian relatives’ houses.
