How can fund managers invest in the Greek real estate market on behalf of several investors who want to obtain Greek Golden Visas?

I have several clients who want to invest in the Greek real estate market and obtain permanent residency in Greece through their investment. Our plan is to invest in a large-scale project worth at least 5 million euros. Is a group investment of this kind approvable for the program? Should we proceed individually? Should we set up a company with the investors as shareholders? How should we set up the investment to make sure that it will grant the investors Golden Visas?

As a company, you can purchase properties in Greece and then resell to your clients. Your investors can get Golden Visas by purchasing a property of at least 250,000 euros. Moreover, there is a new law regarding investments in bank deposits, securities, shares and bonds listed in the Greek stock exchange market.
