At this stage, if your application has already been submitted, it would probably be easier and cause less delay if you wait until your current application is approved and you add your wife afterward through the normal process. As long as your marriage took place after submittal this is acceptable. You can look to add your wife now but it will delay the entire process and may cost more depending on your current application status.
