How can I apply for a Greek Golden Visa with my partner?
If I were to buy property in Greece with my girlfriend above the minimum 250,000 euro requirement in both our names, would we both qualify for a Golden Visa? Or would we need to spend 500,000 euros in total to both qualify? Can we file a joint application, and if we can, how do the minimum investment requirements apply to these cases?

Co-ownership in property acquisition is allowed, provided that the amount invested by each joint owner is €250.000. In cases of joint ownership of the real estate property by spouses or partners under a cohabitation agreement concluded in Greece, the above condition is not applied and the residence right is granted to both, with a signed contract of 250.000 euros. So only if you are married or conclude a cohabitation agreement in Greece can you both be granted the permanent residence permit under the amount of 250.000 euros in total.

If you are married, you can buy it 50-50% and both of you get a 5-year residence.
