Citizens with a valid passport from Syria need a visa to enter Panama and a work permit to establish themselves as remote workers. The procedure is: (1) file to get a visa to ENTER Panama, (2) file to get a visa as a remote worker, which will be valid for 9 months and can be renewed for 9 months more; (3) work permit.
