The holder of a Golden Visa card can reunify the parents and parents-in-law. The requirements are the same (personal documents, criminal record, proof of family link). The emoluments charged by SEF are the same as applicable to the main applicant.

How can I, the holder of a Portuguese Golden Visa, apply for a residence visa for my in-laws?
Can I apply for a residence visa for my in-laws under family reunion if I have a resident permit based on a Golden Visa? Around how much would such an application cost? What are the conditions for it, if any?

It is possible, as residence visa holder, to apply your in-laws for a residence permit in Portugal, under the family regrouping rules. The criteria to be filled are to prove the family bond between you and your in-laws, as well as to prove that you, as main investor, are the one responsible with their cost of living (housing, food expenses, etc). The government fee for each of your in-laws, as they will be applying under a Golden Visa holder, is the same as the one paid by a Golden Visa applicant: € 5.391,56 (five thousand, three hundred and ninety-one euros and fifty-six cents).

Yes, one of the great advantages of obtaining a golden visa is the possibility of family reunification for your family, including your in-laws.
