How can I buy real estate in Antigua as a foreigner even if I'm not interested in citizenship?

Is there a minimum threshold or any other regulations for that? Does it grant me any permits to stay longer than about 3 months a year?

As a non-citizen, you can certainly purchase property in Antigua. You will need to apply for a non-citizens license when you purchase, which costs 7%. There is no minimum investment as a non-citizen and owning a property here does not grant you any extended visa privileges.

Yes, you can buy real estate as a foreigner even if you're not interested in citizenship. There are no restrictions but it does not provide any residential permits.

Foreigners can buy freely, but there is no residency by investment program.

You can purchase real estate in Antigua as a non national by paying a 7.5% tax (of the transaction value) for a Non Citizens License. There are no minimum amounts and no specific geographical locations. You can extend your 90 days by a further 90 days in any case, and can also apply for a permanent residence permit for an additional fee.
