There is no combination option between intangible assets' investments (e.g. government bonds) and real estate investments. The investors can apply through one of the 2 options (Property from to 250.000 euros min.) or (Intangible assets from 400.000 euros min.) Furthermore, within the option of intangible assets the investor may carry out investing in more than one of the categories of this option and up to three (3) separate investments together. Important note: If the investment is made in more of one category, its minimum required amount of total investment is determined based on the category with the highest required investment amount.
