How can I find authorized service providers that are approved to represent Cyprus’ CBI program?
I learned that under the new amendments of Cyprus’ CBI program, only certified service providers are eligible to offer their services to potential investors. How can I independently verify the qualification of a service provider? Is there a public listing?

According to the Cyprus Investment Program, as of July 31, 2018, any applications for the Cyprus Investment Program may be submitted on behalf of the applicants only by natural / legal persons registered with the Registry of Service Providers of the Cyprus Investment Program. All applications must be accompanied, inter alia, by the service provider self-declaration form and by the applicant’s self-declaration form who received services for the purposes of the program. In addition, the service provider has to submit a report of the findings of a due-diligence review for each applicant, as specified in the Code of Conduct.
