If these 2 misdemeanors were expunged and if you never had been convicted for them, there is no problem. The crimes to be considered for visa purposes are the ones you have been convicted of and not the ones you were merely suspected of.

How can I get a Portuguese work visa if I have two deferred judgement misdemeanors without conviction?
I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a work visa for Portugal with 2 misdemeanors for public intoxication and interference with official acts? Both charges never became convictions and were expunged.

Residency applications shall be denied if the applicant was convicted for a crime that in Portugal is subject to a custodial sentence of more than one year.

As part of your application process to move to Portugal, you will need to submit a criminal record certificate from your country of origin/residence (issued within the last three months). If your record comes back clear of convictions, your visa application process should proceed without hurdles. If a conviction is present, however, its impact on your application will depend on the nature of the crime and its equivalent under Portuguese law.
