How can I get a Greek residence permit if my girlfriend is a Greek citizen?

I am a Colombian citizen in a long relationship with a Greek citizen. We have been separated since EU closed the borders. Now we are trying multiple ways to be together again. I just read that the temporary restriction for non-essential travels changed to enter into the EU. Including unmarried partners separated by entry ban. However, I couldn't find specific information on the requirement for Greece. I have to say that as a Colombian citizen I don't require a tourist visa to enter in EU. How can I get a Greek residence permit? Do I need to invest or does it help that my girlfriend is Greek?

Either you will have to buy property for a minimum of 250,000 euros, or you would need to get married to your Greek girlfriend, or sign a notarized civil contract with her, proving that you stay and live together, which has the same validity as marriage.

As a spouse or as a partner through a cohabitation agreement with a Greek citizen, you can get residency permit as a family member.
