Can I get a St. Lucia passport to set up my company HQ there without relocating?

I'm interested in exploring the tax benefits available in St. Lucia to set up my company's main office while maintaining my primary residence in my home country. Is it possible to do this? Or must I reside in St. Lucia for a minimum of days per year to do so?
