How can I invest in nonresidential real estate to rent out for profit in Spain and get the golden visa for that?

For example purchasing a small shop and renting it out to businesses? Is this possible?

Please be informed that eligibility for a residence permit under the Golden Visa program in Spain is contingent upon the acquisition of any form of real estate with a value exceeding 500,000 euros. There are no limitations on the permissible uses of the acquired property; nevertheless, it is imperative to note that divestment is proscribed if one desires to maintain the privileges associated with investor residence status in Spain. The property may be leased without restriction.
