On Wednesday, March 25, 2025, the Migration Department of Cyprus announced the reopening of the digital nomads visa program. The applicant must apply within three months after his/her arrival in Cyprus. A number of supporting documents to the main application are necessary and the interested party is advised to contact a legal advisor for guidance for preparing such documentation before arrival to Cyprus. To enter Cyprus, a visa may be required depending on the country of origin. The visa is valid for 1 year and eligible for renewal for another two years. Family can follow the main applicant and relocate to Cyprus without the right to work.
