Yes, you can set up a business in Luxembourg, invest in your own company at least 500,000 euros and commit to creating at least five new job positions within three years of the incorporation of the business. In order to qualify for the program, your business plan has to be approved by the Ministry for Economy as a first step of the immigration process. The investment route has not been popular in Luxembourg since its inception in 2017. There are easier immigration routes to follow including employment, entrepreneurship and private life.
