How can I switch investment vehicles used for my Greek Golden Visa application?

With more investment options available now for the Greek Golden Visa program, I am wondering how flexible it is for investors to switch investment vehicles during their permanent residency in Greece.

In Greek immigration law, the transfer from one type of residence permit to another type of residence permit is foreseen and settled accordingly. Regarding the permanent residence permit either for investment activity where the financial products are included (art 16) or as a property owner (art.20) are subject to specific legal procedures. Therefore, you have to address your case to a consulting or legal firm to guide you properly for the steps to be followed.

Αctually it is very easy, however, a threshold amount should be kept intact at all times so that the minimum amount in custody is not affected.
